By accessing or using the FineLink Botanics website, purchasing any product, enrolling in workshops, or interacting with our digital platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Products and Purchases

All pressed flower kits, archival supplies, and limited-edition prints are sold subject to availability. Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment via our secure checkout.

• Shipments are made within 3–7 business days of order confirmation.
• We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.
• Custom workshop enrollment requires full payment at booking.

3. Workshop Policies

Attendance at FineLink Botanics workshops is governed by the following rules:

• Tickets are non-transferable except with prior written consent.
• Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event receive a full refund.
• Each workshop participant receives one complete press kit.
• We may photograph sessions for archival and promotional use.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the site or services for any unlawful purpose or to interfere with the operation of the platform. Prohibited activities include (but are not limited to) reverse-engineering, scraping product imagery, or reselling purchased materials without authorization.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including botanical illustrations, workshop curricula, and brand identity, remains the exclusive property of FineLink Botanics. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any material without our express written consent.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Products and workshops are provided “as is.” FineLink Botanics makes no warranties regarding the outcome of personal projects or the suitability of materials for any specific purpose. In no event shall our liability exceed the total amount paid by you for the applicable service or product.
